About the role

The Pre‑sales Engineer (Ingénieur Avant‑Vente) will join Hellowork's commercial team in France. Acting as a technical expert, you will support sales engineers throughout the country and contribute directly to the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business engineers to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, including product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Hellowork’s product portfolio and market trends.
• Support post‑sale implementation teams by ensuring a smooth handover.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work closely with commercial teams and translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to travel within France as needed.
