Indonesian Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring Indonesian internet culture into its Paris office and grow Bump to #1 on the App Store in Indonesia. The role leads all content and creator efforts for the Indonesian market, working closely with growth, distribution and product teams in Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content strategy for the Indonesian market and lead all content and creator efforts.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Indonesian creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers.
• Write briefs, give feedback and help external creators deliver strong results.
• Work with paid marketing to turn great content into performance.
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs and notes.
• Collaborate daily in the Paris office, join brainstorms and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events and Indonesia-focused activations.

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator), with a focus on the quality of the work.
• Experience making content for ads, especially UGC.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Indonesian creator landscape.
• Fluent Indonesian and English, and must be from Indonesia.
• Willingness to work in person in Paris.
