Head of Product Management

About the role

Yara International is seeking a Head of Product Management for its Crop Nutrition portfolio in France. Reporting to the VP France and joining the Yara France Leadership Team, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy and lifecycle of the portfolio, driving growth and sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Crop Nutrition portfolio strategy, architecture and product positioning across all categories.
• Drive portfolio expansion, optimisation and rationalisation in line with market developments and business objectives.
• Represent France’s priorities in global product management, R&D and stakeholder forums.
• Lead introduction and commercialisation of new products, technologies and solutions.
• Oversee quality standards, stewardship practices and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Communications to create value propositions and differentiation strategies.
• Support market development initiatives and commercial activation programmes.
• Act as senior portfolio representative in strategic customer engagements, industry events and technical forums.
• Lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team of agronomy, chemistry, regulatory and product stewardship experts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Significant experience in product or portfolio management, marketing or strategic business functions within fertilizer, crop nutrition or related industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing portfolio strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders in matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of crop nutrition markets, agricultural value chains, regulatory landscapes and sustainability challenges.
• Fluent in French and English.
