GoAnywhere MFT Consultant – Paris

About the role

Infosys is looking for a GoAnywhere MFT Consultant to join its Paris team. The consultant will be responsible for the design, administration and support of enterprise‑grade Managed File Transfer solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support GoAnywhere MFT platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including user and partner provisioning, workflow scheduling and file monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure and network issues related to secure file transfers.
• Implement and maintain secure transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS and AS2.
• Support cloud‑hosted environments on AWS, Azure and hybrid architectures, including backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in B2B and EDI tools.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of networking components including load balancers, firewalls, reverse proxies and SSL/TLS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud architectures.
