Field Account Executive – Sales (Nice, France)

About the role

Lightspeed is expanding its Hospitality team across the South of France and is looking for a dynamic Field Account Executive to join the newly created regional team in Nice. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help hospitality and retail businesses adopt Lightspeed’s POS and payments solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a localized field sales strategy for Nice and surrounding markets.
• Generate new business through door‑to‑door visits, cold outreach, networking and attendance at industry events.
• Deliver in‑person product demonstrations and tailor solutions to SMB decision‑makers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track performance and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or outbound sales, preferably in technology or hospitality solutions.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its operational needs.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
