About the role

Lead a dynamic accounting team and take your managerial career to the next level. As the Director/Chief of Accounting Missions, you will join a fast‑growing accounting firm based in the Nantes region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work of the accounting team, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and supervise the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports.
• Develop and implement best practices, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Participate in business development activities and support the firm’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or audit role, preferably within a cabinet.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of French accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
