About the role

Our client is seeking a Deputy Director for a fast‑food restaurant. As the orchestrator of the point of sale, you will work closely with your direct manager (N+1) to steer the entire activity, balancing operational efficiency, commercial performance and human resource management.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations in partnership with the senior manager.
Drive commercial results by monitoring sales and implementing improvement actions.
Manage staff scheduling, training and performance to ensure a high level of service.
Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and quality control.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Required profile

Proven experience in restaurant or fast‑food management.
Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance data.
Excellent organizational and decision‑making skills.
