About the role

IMA Protect, a subsidiary of the European assistance leader IMA Group, is offering a fully funded training program that leads to a permanent or 12‑month contract as a Telemonitoring Agent in Nantes. The role combines a four‑week certified training period with a further four‑week onboarding phase, preparing you to monitor alarms and ensure the safety of residential and professional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process alarms using dedicated monitoring software while following established procedures.
• Assess situations and trigger appropriate interventions (police, fire services, field operators).
• Confirm the return to normalcy on client sites and communicate actions taken to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions by drafting detailed reports.
• Handle incoming calls and keep administrative files up to date.

Required profile

• Willingness to work alternating day and night shifts, including one weekend out of two.
• Ability to follow strict operational procedures and documentation standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and emergency services.
• Motivation to develop a career in security and surveillance.

What we offer

• Certified four‑week training starting 18/08/2026, financed in partnership with France Travail.
