Data and Business Intelligence Lead – Global

About the role

As the Global Data & Business Intelligence Lead for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, you will drive the design and deployment of a smart, scalable BI ecosystem that enables advanced analytics, predictive modelling and performance measurement across more than 100 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment of a global, intelligent Business Intelligence solution that supports both global and local decision‑making.
• Support the global BI vision and roadmap, ensuring harmonisation of KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks across countries.
• Lead the end‑to‑end rollout of a Marketing Mix Modeling framework in priority markets, translating results into actionable media‑investment decisions.
• Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics using AI and machine learning while ensuring data quality, governance and integration with the enterprise data ecosystem.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Strategy and Sales teams to turn data insights into business impact and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• University degree in Data, Analytics, Engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience in Data, Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics.
• Proven experience with a leading data or measurement panel provider (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and strong exposure to retail data.
• Leadership experience in global, multi‑country FMCG environments and expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with predictive analytics, AI, machine learning and scaling analytics capabilities.
• Fluent English; French or Italian are a plus.
