Conference Program Manager

About the role

Novaspace is seeking a Conference Program Manager to lead the content and speaker coordination for its flagship space and defense conferences. Reporting to the Events Director, you will work with senior representatives from governments, agencies, industry leaders and sponsors to deliver high‑impact executive events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver conference programs, ensuring high‑quality content and engaging participant experiences.
• Build and manage relationships with senior‑level speakers, industry leaders and strategic partners.
• Identify key industry trends to shape compelling agendas and session topics.
• Oversee speaker recruitment, preparation and coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align program objectives with business and commercial goals.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Support partnership, sponsorship and business‑development activities through networking and stakeholder engagement.
• Continuously evaluate event performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience organizing international conferences, congresses, forums or executive‑level events.
• Proven experience working with both public‑sector (government, agencies) and private‑sector stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strategic problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
