Conducteur de Travaux Géotechnique (F/H)

About the role

As a key player in the investigations department, you will lead field teams and organise investigation programmes to deliver the raw data needed by engineers for their technical recommendations. You will act as the essential link between field operations and engineering design, ensuring that the collected information meets the quality standards required for accurate technical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Pilot and coordinate field teams conducting geotechnical investigations.
• Plan, schedule and organise investigation programmes across sites.
• Collect, validate and transmit investigation results to engineering teams.
• Monitor progress of investigations and adjust plans to meet project timelines.
• Prepare concise reports summarising field findings for engineering review.
• Ensure compliance with regional guidelines of the Ile de France direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing geotechnical investigation projects.
• Strong organisational and team‑leadership abilities.
• Ability to work within a regional direction framework.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with engineers and regional managers.
