Conducteur de travaux Génie Civil (H/F) – CDI – Bordeaux

About the role

We are seeking a Conducteur de travaux Génie Civil (Civil Engineering Construction Manager) to lead the construction of technical buildings for a well‑known group operating in the Aquitaine/Occitanie region. This permanent (CDI) position is based in Bordeaux and reports to the BTP division of the client.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise civil engineering construction projects from start‑up to hand‑over.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and quality standards, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with French construction regulations, health and safety rules, and client specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing civil engineering construction sites, preferably on technical buildings.
• Strong knowledge of French construction codes and safety standards.
• Leadership abilities and capacity to work on‑site in the Bordeaux area.
