About the role

Join the leading independent French energy solutions provider as an Electrical Works Supervisor (F/H). Based in Montpellier, you will be part of the Grands Projets agency, driving large‑scale electrical construction projects for a company that is growing at 12 % per year and generating €590 million in revenue. You will work with a dynamic team of 3 700 professionals spread across 150 sites, contributing to the company’s entrepreneurial energy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise electrical installation works on major projects, from design to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve quality, schedule and budget targets.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and performance indicators, reporting progress to senior management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising electrical construction sites, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Montpellier and travel to other locations as needed.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
