Compliance Risks Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial is seeking a Compliance Risks Manager to join the Risks, Prevention and Global Reach team in Toulouse, France. The role focuses on identifying and mapping ethics and compliance risks that could affect the company’s integrity and licence to operate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Export Control and Fraud risk assessments and mapping for all Airbus entities.
• Define risk questionnaires, calculation methodologies and impact definitions to ensure Heat Maps are a reliable source of truth.
• Steer and coordinate with main functions to capture emerging risks and align the risk profile with on‑the‑ground reality.
• Provide stakeholders with assessment results and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are taken.
• Promote the risk‑assessment framework through communications, awareness sessions and training.
• Support coordination between risk teams, second‑level controls, Group internal controls and other key stakeholders.
• Manage business requirements for the shared risk‑assessment tool and ensure its accuracy.
• Support digitalisation initiatives for the Ethics & Compliance function, including the development of dashboards that integrate multiple data streams.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in risk mapping and Enterprise Risk Management within a complex international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Fraud and Export Control regulations.
• Strong interest in digitalisation and data analytics, with the ability to make data “speak” for legal decisions.
• Proven ability to build trust, drive change and work with high integrity.
• Full fluency in English.
