Chef de chantier VRD expérimenté (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced VRD site manager to lead construction projects in Bordeaux. The position is a permanent role within a major public works group known for its expertise and high‑quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise VRD (road and utility network) works on construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations and technical specifications.
• Control project budgets, schedules and quality of work.
• Report progress to senior management and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in VRD construction management.
• Strong knowledge of French public works regulations and standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex site operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
