Channel Business Manager (France)

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for its first Channel Business Manager in France to drive revenue growth through a strong partner ecosystem. Based in Paris, you will own targets, build partner pipelines, and collaborate closely with sales to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve set revenue targets across the region and partner portfolio.
• Develop and manage a healthy portfolio of key partners that drive mutual business.
• Build and manage partner‑sourced pipeline; co‑own qualified opportunities with sales.
• Enable partners through training, joint go‑to‑market plans, and consistent execution.
• Track KPIs, deal registration, and pipeline health in CRM/PRM systems.

Required profile

• Based in Paris.
• At least 4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management in Cyber/AppSec, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience working with VARs and distributors in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building pipeline with partners in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong existing network of relevant partners is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
• Experience using HubSpot for pipeline and KPI reporting.
• Ability to report and analyze key performance indicators.
