CCAC Programme Specialist

About the role

The Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) seeks a Programme Specialist to support the management and delivery of its programmes, projects and workstreams. Based in Paris, the specialist will ensure high‑quality results aligned with CCAC priorities and partner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice to plan, manage and deliver assigned CCAC programmes, projects, workstreams or partnership activities.
• Develop and maintain workplans, schedules, scopes, budgets, risk registers and other management tools.
• Coordinate governments, partner organisations, implementers, experts and internal contributors for timely delivery.
• Prepare strategies, project documents, proposals, briefings, presentations and decision papers.
• Review and quality‑assure technical, policy, communication or knowledge outputs.
• Monitor progress, risks and lessons; maintain documentation and produce concise reports.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and consultations; represent CCAC externally.
• Connect delivery across Secretariat functions and mobilise expertise for shared priorities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in programme or project management within climate, air quality or environmental sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including governments and NGOs.
• Strong analytical and writing skills for preparing high‑quality documents and reports.
• Knowledge of short‑lived climate pollutants and integrated climate‑air solutions.
