Business Development Officer for Telecom Paris Incubator (36‑month Fixed‑term)

About the role

Telecom Paris, a leading French engineering school, is looking for a Business Development Officer to join its Incubator. The incumbent will support innovative digital startups, helping them shape strategy, secure financing and grow their networks within the vibrant FrenchTech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and ongoing support to incubator project leaders.
• Participate in the design, launch and coordination of programmes and events.
• Maintain activity reporting and follow‑up documentation.
• Facilitate and animate the incubator’s professional network.

Required profile

• Experience in innovation financing, startup support or within a startup environment.
• Proven expertise in company creation, including strategy development, fundraising, team building and knowledge of aid schemes.
• Familiarity with the entrepreneurship ecosystem, especially in the digital and telecom sectors.
