Australia Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring Australian internet culture into its Paris office and help make Bump a must-have app in Australia. The role owns the entire Australian market for content and creator efforts, working closely with growth, distribution and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Australian market and lead all content and creator efforts for it
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of Australian creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers
• Write briefs, give notes and help external creators deliver strong content
• Work with paid marketing to turn great content into performance results
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs and notes
• Collaborate daily in the Paris office, join brainstorms and help shape the creative direction of Bump
• Support launches, events and Australia-focused activations

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator); experience making content for ads, especially UGC
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Fluent English and lived in Australia
• Willingness to work in person in Paris
