About the role
As the right‑hand of the Store Director, you will actively contribute to steering the store’s daily operations and energizing the team. You will be on the shop floor every day, interacting with both staff and customers to ensure smooth service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Director in piloting the point of sale and making operational decisions.
- Animate and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain daily contact with employees and customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring high service standards.
- Take on a variety of tasks as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the store.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work closely with a store manager and lead a team on the floor.
- Flexibility to handle diverse subjects and tasks.
