Assistant Administratif Travaux (CDD) – Oullins

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Works on a fixed‑term contract to support our New Installations service in Oullins. In this versatile and central position you will handle the administrative follow‑up of construction sites, including subcontractor coordination and management of public and private contracts. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth administrative operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project documentation and administrative files for each site.
• Process subcontractor agreements, track deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of public and private market contracts.
• Coordinate with project managers to collect and archive reports, invoices and progress records.
• Assist in the preparation of administrative reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor deadlines and alert relevant parties of any administrative issues that may affect project timelines.

Required profile

• Educational background in administration, business or related field.
• Experience in administrative support within the construction or public works sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with standard office software such as word processors and spreadsheets.
