AI Engineer – World Modeling (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Paris team and advance world‑model research. You will help build AI systems that understand the real world, remember persistently, reason, plan, and remain safe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement self‑supervised learning methods for video and other high‑dimensional sensor data.
• Develop new architectures that predict world dynamics from continuous signals.
• Create scalable pipelines for preprocessing and curating large video datasets.
• Define and run evaluation frameworks to benchmark model understanding, prediction, and planning.
• Build efficient model‑based planning and reasoning algorithms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to design, run, and analyse experiments independently.
• Understanding of machine‑learning fundamentals, large‑scale training, and GPU/TPU compute environments.

Required skills

• Python
• Deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with GPU or TPU acceleration
• Knowledge of self‑supervised learning, video/multimodal model architectures, or planning algorithms (preferred)
