About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join a Paris‑based digital transformation agency that supports large accounts, mid‑size firms and SMEs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship with BNP Paribas, helping the client deliver its digital projects and ensuring satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the BNP Paribas account, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify business opportunities and propose digital solutions that match the client’s needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams of more than 700 employees to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor contract performance, budgets and timelines.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the client.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably with large corporate clients.
- Understanding of digital transformation services and the financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
