Account Executive – SaaS Solutions for M&A

About the role

Sterling, a subsidiary of TransPerfect, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new revenue and expand client relationships for its premium virtual data‑room (VDR) SaaS solutions. You will work with a diverse set of industries, helping customers securely share content and collaborate on M&A, corporate development, and capital‑market transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies to generate new business and close sales.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities across target markets.
• Develop a deep understanding of Sterling’s services, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Generate leads through cold‑calling, internet research, networking events, and direct marketing.
• Educate prospects on Sterling’s offerings and present solutions in one‑on‑one, group, online, and in‑person meetings.
• Provide ongoing customer support, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Quote, manage, and bill projects on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience developing new accounts within various industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset.
