About the role

The Visual Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for translating ALO’s visual and product strategy into an engaging, customer‑ready environment on the Champs‑Elysées. This role blends planning, product knowledge, data analysis, and visual execution to drive effective merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of visual and operational processes across the sales floor.
• Champion strong visual standards by leveraging business performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation, ensuring timely recovery, restock, and destock.
• Plan and implement visual floor changes, managing payroll and visual support resources.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution, adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Utilize reporting tools to identify placement opportunities and adjust stock levels.
• Represent the business in meetings and conference calls alongside the General Manager.
• Monitor budget, expenses, and sell‑through metrics, informing quarterly business reviews.
• Develop and coach the visual team, fostering ALO’s mission and guiding principles.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align visual initiatives with overall store strategy.
