Thailand Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring Thai internet culture into its Paris office and lead all content and creator efforts for the Thai market. The goal is to make Bump a must-have app in Thailand and keep it there.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Thai market for Bump and lead all content and creator efforts for it.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads that people want to watch.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Thai creators and run influencer campaigns with top Thai creators and micro-influencers.
• Write briefs, give notes and help external creators deliver strong content.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into strong performance.
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs, then collaborate daily in the Paris office with growth, distribution and product teams.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas quickly and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events and Thai-focused activations.

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator), with a focus on the quality of the work.
• Experience making content for ads, especially UGC.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Thai and English language proficiency; ideally grew up in Thailand.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Thai creator landscape.
• Experience living in Thailand.
