Stock Assistant – Warehouse & Sales Support

About the role

The Stock Assistant will ensure smooth rotation of goods in the Paris store, supporting the Stock Manager and sales team. This position combines warehouse operations with direct sales support to maximise product availability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
• Prepare products for the sales floor, special areas, and e‑commerce deliveries.
• Maintain product safety and security throughout handling processes.
• Track product flow using the SAP system.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and compliant with corporate standards.
• Handle returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
• Supply packaging material based on store needs.

Required profile

• Previous solid experience in a similar stock or warehouse role.
• Experience preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• High affinity for luxury products and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
