Stock Assistant – Bags (Paris)

About the role

The Stock Assistant for Bags will support the Stock Manager in daily warehouse and store operations for a leading luxury brand. This position ensures proper rotation, safety, and flow of merchandise, contributing directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
• Prepare products for the sales floor, special areas, and e‑commerce deliveries.
• Maintain safety and security of valuable items throughout handling processes.
• Track product flow using the SAP system and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and compliant with corporate standards.
• Coordinate returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce shipments within set deadlines.
• Supply packaging materials based on store needs.

Required profile

• Previous solid experience in a similar stock or inventory role, preferably in luxury retail.
• High affinity for luxury products and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory tracking.
