Site Research Assistant – Clinical Trials (Marseille)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Research Assistant to join IQVIA’s clinical trial team in Marseille. The position is part‑time (8 hours per week) for an expected duration of six months, supporting the smooth execution of a clinical study.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date study documents including protocols, case report forms and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system records.
• Assist with patient screening, enrolment and collection of informed‑consent and privacy documents.
• Plan and coordinate logistical activities for study procedures in line with the protocol.
• Enter data, perform quality checks and resolve queries to ensure data integrity.
• Manage shipment and tracking of biological samples.
• Communicate with the study monitor, responding to monitoring queries and issues.
• Perform additional administrative research tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience in a clinical environment.
• 1–2 years experience as a Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator at a trial site.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial procedures, consent forms and study schedules.
• Fluent French language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office suite (Access, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Basic medical terminology.
