Site Manager – French/English – Toulouse Innovation Center

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French/English Site Manager to lead the Toulouse Innovation Center, a hub for agricultural research and innovation. Reporting to regional management, you will ensure smooth operations, foster a collaborative environment, and align scientific activities with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the site’s vision, supporting transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee research programmes, creating conditions for innovation and acting as a bridge between scientific teams and corporate functions.
• Lead, develop and engage multidisciplinary teams, promoting autonomy, accountability and employee well‑being.
• Own the site’s budget, drive financial performance, and embed a cost‑conscious mindset across all functions.
• Champion Health, Safety and Environment standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
• Maintain constructive social dialogue with employee representative bodies and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent Master’s (Bac+5) with at least 10 years of experience in site or operations management.
• Fluent in French and English, with proven ability to lead multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing research or innovation facilities, budgets and HSE compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align scientific priorities with business strategy.
