About the role
The SEO Manager will sit at the intersection of content strategy and product visibility, driving organic traffic and revenue across traditional and AI search channels. This hands‑on, delivery‑focused position works closely with content, product, trading and performance teams to embed SEO into every customer touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the SEO strategy for the UK market, adapting to local nuances.
- Optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, headers, internal linking and website content.
- Own the organic blog and informational content roadmap to build topical authority.
- Identify content gaps through competitor analysis and search‑demand data.
- Brief copywriters and compliance teams to ensure content meets search intent and legal standards.
- Collaborate with PR and agencies to execute a best‑in‑class link‑acquisition strategy.
- Support DTC campaigns by aligning search strategy with creative and performance teams.
- Work with performance marketing to maximise cross‑channel budget efficiencies.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and adjust tactics to protect or improve rankings.
- Conduct localized keyword research for categories, products and new product development, optimise pages, and resolve cannibalisation issues.
