Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning environments. This remote, project‑based role focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks that train advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete, structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
