About the role
AUX Group is expanding its channel network in France and seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the development of national and regional distributors. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the HVAC and RAC segments while ensuring strong market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage national and regional sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with local distributors.
- Negotiate commercial policies and sales agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and market feedback to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on RAC channels in France.
- Established network of local distributors.
- Results‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English and French.
