Senior Project Manager – Data Centers

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex hyperscale data centre builds in the Paris region. You will work closely with the Project Lead, internal stakeholders and external partners to drive delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead across design, pre‑construction, construction, commissioning and handover phases.
• Manage consultants, design teams, main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Track programme milestones, technical risks and delivery progress.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure alignment with quality, safety and schedule expectations.
• Collaborate with development, design, construction, commercial and operations teams.
• Identify and escalate risks early, driving practical solutions.
• Represent the client on‑site and maintain strong project momentum.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience on data centre projects.
• Experience across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Background as client‑side, developer, operator or owner representative is highly relevant.
• Strong understanding of complex MEP‑led construction environments.
• Fluent French and strong English.
• Based in, or able to work regularly in, the Paris region.
• Willingness to be on‑site around four days per week.
