Senior Graphic Designer – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Balenciaga is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to strengthen its newly formed graphics team. You will work closely with the Head of Graphics and the broader design department to create compelling visual assets that reflect the brand’s luxury and streetwear DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Graphics and design team to develop graphic concepts aligned with creative direction.
• Research trends and generate innovative design ideas that resonate with Balenciade’s brand identity.
• Create and refine high‑quality graphics for apparel, product branding, typography, logos, icons, illustrations, colour applications and storytelling.
• Manage the full design process from research and concept development to final artwork and production sign‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in apparel graphics and luxury branding.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet seasonal deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
