Senior Full Stack Developer (Nuxt/Vue.js, MongoDB)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the evolution of our mission‑critical Asset Register platform. The application is the single source of truth for all physical assets and underpins key operational and commercial processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Improve performance and scalability of APIs built with Nuxt.js and Node.js.
• Optimize MongoDB Atlas queries, indexing, and caching (Redis, Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Implement server‑side validations and data‑quality monitoring tools.
• Lead development of business‑critical features such as forecasts, transfers, and amendments.
• Enhance UX/UI for internal users using Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Maintain platform stability, resolve complex bugs, and manage technical debt.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Agile cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Vue.js (or similar modern JS frameworks) and Nuxt.js.
• Solid experience with MongoDB / MongoDB Atlas.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less) and TypeScript.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership.
• Fluent English communication skills.
