Sales Development Representative – French Speaking (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Hostaway is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the French market. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe while collaborating with a dynamic, multilingual team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision‑makers in target industries across France.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and communicate Hostaway’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast‑paced sales setting.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal communication.
• Bilingual French proficiency and fluent English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach.
• Knowledge of SalesLoft or similar platforms.
