Sales Clerk – Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Clerk to join our cosmetics department at Rexall in Paris, Ontario. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering exceptional service to customers seeking beauty and personal care products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers and answer product‑related questions.
• Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Enter product information into the point‑of‑sale system and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, replenish shelves, and place orders for designated merchandise.
• Assist the manager with additional duties as needed, including merchandising and store upkeep.

Required profile

• Positive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weeknights, and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting accuracy.
• Inventory management and stock‑taking procedures.
