Project Manager – PMIS Implementation (Nuclear New‑Build Programme)

About the role

Capax Mundi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise Project Management Information System (PMIS) for a major French nuclear new‑build programme. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and central to delivering the system go‑live in October.

Key responsibilities

• Run and sequence implementation workshops across finance, procurement, contract and risk domains.
• Translate business requirements into PMIS configuration, minimizing customisation.
• Support definition of workflows and data models with business owners.
• Monitor milestones and manage the critical path to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a project‑controls or PMIS implementation manager on a large enterprise platform.
• Strong functional understanding of finance, procurement and risk within project‑controls contexts.
• Background delivering similar solutions in industrial environments with security and confidentiality constraints.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, milestone‑driven setting without fixed sprints.
• Experience with ERP or financial management platforms is a plus; nuclear sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
