Project Manager – IT Relations & Digital Transformation

About the role

ATR, the world leader in regional turboprop aircraft, is looking for a Project Manager to join its Digital Transformation Department in Saint‑Martin, Toulouse. You will act as the bridge between ATR and Airbus IT services, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and contribute to the ATR‑Airbus IT strategy.
• Maintain operational use of Airbus IT services by ATR and monitor related requests.
• Facilitate communication between ATR and Airbus teams to accelerate response to ATR needs.
• Manage IT service levels, incidents, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor financial aspects of IT purchases and orders with Airbus.
• Inform ATR users about major changes to Airbus information systems.
• Assist in resolving major ATR‑Airbus incidents and support escalation processes.
• Implement new or upgraded Airbus IT solutions within ATR’s information system.
• Oversee mapping of ATR’s systems at Airbus and manage interface points.
• Coordinate digital support projects and monitor the decommissioning roadmap of Airbus applications used by ATR.
• Prepare budgets for transitions and decommissioning activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Digitalization or a related field.
• Experience in digital project management.
• Strong interest in digital technologies and new tools.
• Organised, methodical, ambitious and determined.
• Ability to understand complex IT environments and stakeholder needs.
