Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the site leadership team of a leading manufacturer. Reporting to senior site leadership, you will own day‑to‑day production operations and help drive operational excellence across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and embed Lean Manufacturing principles throughout production.
• Plan shifts, allocate resources, and schedule activities for a complex operation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify and execute process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency against KPIs such as OEE.
• Communicate effectively with shop‑floor teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to site leadership decisions and long‑term operational strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous‑improvement certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• High resilience and ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
