About the role

École M is seeking a passionate English teacher to join its bilingual preschool network in Paris. You will work in a mixed‑age classroom (ages 3–6) alongside a French‑speaking colleague, delivering English instruction that aligns with the school’s pedagogical pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 3‑6 in a collaborative, mixed‑age setting.
• Co‑create and follow a class work plan that reflects the national curriculum and the school’s project.
• Set individualized academic and socio‑emotional goals for each child.
• Maintain regular communication with families, colleagues, and students.
• Participate in network‑wide initiatives, collaborating with researchers, designers, and fellow educators.

Required profile

• Significant preschool teaching experience, preferably in multiple countries or school systems.
• Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative, and well‑organized.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency.
