People Operations Specialist

About the role

Alan is looking for a People Operations Specialist to help design, scale and streamline HR operations across its international footprint. You will join a vibrant People team and work closely with a mentor to ensure a smooth employee experience for staff in France, Spain, Belgium and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR admin tasks, including onboarding, payroll coordination and international mobility.
• Document and continuously improve HR processes to create user‑centric, scalable procedures.
• Automate recurring workflows and explore AI‑driven solutions to increase efficiency.
• Support employee experience initiatives, from training coordination to handling individual HR situations.
• Choose between two paths – People Operations (admin, payroll, mobility) or People Growth (learning, coaching, leadership development) – based on background and aspirations.

Required profile

• Strong interest in HR operations and employee experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and identify improvement opportunities.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation in HR processes.
• Excellent written communication for clear documentation.
