People Operations Specialist – International HR

About the role

Alan is looking for a People Operations specialist to help design, scale and run HR processes across its international footprint. You will join a vibrant People team and work closely with a mentor to ensure a smooth employee experience for all Alaners.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and improve day‑to‑day HR tasks such as onboarding, international mobility, payroll and employee documentation.
• Create user‑centric documentation and automate recurring processes to increase efficiency.
• Support employee experience initiatives, including learning & development, coaching programs and leadership training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations in Belgium, Canada, France and Spain.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven enhancements to HR workflows.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about building efficient HR operations in a fast‑growing environment.
• Self‑starter who can become autonomous on admin and run tasks within a few months.
• Comfortable handling individual employee situations and improving processes.
• Interest in leveraging AI to amplify HR work.
