Operations Learning Manager

About the role

Amazon is seeking an Operations Learning Manager to lead learning initiatives within a fulfillment centre. The role combines learning and development with operational performance improvement, ensuring associates receive high‑quality safety, process and onboarding training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end‑to‑end associate and leader training programs, from needs analysis to execution.
• Partner with other EU Learning Teams to share best practices and deploy training at scale.
• Plan, develop and evaluate training initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics through one‑on‑ones and workshops.
• Collaborate daily with General Managers, Site Operations Managers and HR Business Partners.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to analyse business needs and influence solutions.
• Experience in operational environments such as logistics, production or retail.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
