Legal Manager

About the role

DeepHealth, a RadNet company, is seeking a Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, contract, intellectual property, and compliance matters. The role works within a multinational legal team covering France, the Netherlands, and the United States, advising management and cross‑functional teams on French and international law.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on corporate legal issues and draft/validate legal documents.
• Draft, negotiate and validate international and national partnership contracts, scientific consortium agreements, clinical study contracts, and general terms and conditions.
• Support the Sales team in negotiating sales contracts and partnership agreements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with current legislation and monitor regulatory updates such as the AI Act, MDR, and product liability rules.
• Coordinate public tenders, assess associated risks, and manage licensing, transfer, and rights‑protection matters.
• Provide legal memoranda on intellectual property, including open‑source licensing, and oversee compliance with LEA regulatory obligations.
• Identify legal risks, manage pre‑litigation matters, and coordinate litigation with external counsel.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (LLM or equivalent) with CAPA or Bar admission.
• At least 5 years of experience as a legal manager, in‑house counsel, or relevant law‑firm experience.
• Strong background in contract law, intellectual property, corporate law, and health‑law matters.
• Experience handling international contracts and cross‑border legal issues.
• Familiarity with healthcare and technology regulations such as MDR, AI Act, and product liability.
