Learning Management System (LMS) Product Owner

About the role

GEODIS is seeking a seasoned Learning Management System (LMS) Product Owner to lead the management and continuous improvement of its 360 Learning platform. The role combines technical oversight, user support, and data‑driven decision making within a global logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the 360 Learning LMS to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Oversee integration of new instructional tools, technologies, and AI‑driven learning agents into the existing HRIS ecosystem.
• Provide technical support to users and local administrators, resolving platform‑related issues.
• Evaluate platform performance, generate intelligent data, and propose continuous enhancements.
• Coordinate training for administrators and end‑users, run office hours and technical workshops for the LMS admin community.
• Implement and maintain reports and dashboards for mandatory training programs in collaboration with internal program owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human development field (e.g., Adult Education, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology).
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in learning, training, or LMS management.
• Deep understanding of Learning & Development structures and processes.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Proven project‑management ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required skills

• 360 Learning platform expertise.
• Broad familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• Experience with HRIS integrations.
• Knowledge of AI applications for learning.
• Data‑analysis mindset for reporting and decision support.
