About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Lease Lawyer on a fixed‑term contract to join MAGELLIM REIM’s legal team in Paris. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will support the company’s real‑estate activities by providing specialised legal advice on commercial lease matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial lease agreements for office and retail spaces.
• Ensure compliance with French commercial property law and internal policies.
• Assist the real‑estate department in structuring lease transactions and handling related documentation.
• Provide legal opinions and risk assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting commercial leasing and advise on necessary adaptations.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on commercial or real‑estate law.
• Experience in handling commercial lease contracts in France.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract (12 months) based in Paris (75017).
• Annual gross salary between €48,000 and €53,000.
