Junior Data Engineer

About the role

Therapixel, a leading AI software company in medical imaging, is looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join its Data Team on an 8‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help collect, structure, label, and make medical research data available to AI and clinical research teams, supporting the early detection of breast cancer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines for acquiring medical data.
• Contribute to labeling and structuring of datasets.
• Deploy secure infrastructures on partner sites.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a computer‑science related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash programming.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ability to work in both English and French.
• Self‑starter, organized, with strong planning and interpersonal skills.
