International Climate & Nature Manager

About the role

As the International Climate and Nature Manager, you will be the global expert guiding Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages’ climate and biodiversity strategy. You will shape decarbonisation roadmaps, drive emission‑reduction projects, and develop nature‑focused initiatives across a network of 47 factories in 24 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global decarbonisation strategies and roadmaps.
• Identify, launch and monitor greenhouse‑gas reduction and removal initiatives.
• Support markets and brands in deploying high‑impact climate and nature projects.
• Develop and oversee nature‑related programmes such as water regeneration, biodiversity conservation and regenerative agriculture.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and produce accurate monitoring and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance indicators for climate and nature metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional global teams and sustainability communities.
• Represent the company in external forums, NGOs and industry initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in climate change, sustainability and environmental transformation.
• Proven expertise in carbon accounting, reporting and decarbonisation strategies.
• Knowledge of biodiversity, ecosystem services and regenerative agriculture.
• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
• Ability to work in complex, international, cross‑functional environments.
• Demonstrated project‑management and transformation programme experience.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder‑engagement skills.
